DT Spotlight - Cely

Welcome to one of our new DT members, Cely from Hawaii Paper Party.

Aloha guys! Cely here and its my first DT spotlight post! Woohoo! I used the image called Panda Trike. Isn't he so cute? I like him because he's already colored in with his black parts! So I just added some shadows and colored in his bicycle, his nose, and his eye patch!

The paper I used is from Echo Park Sweet day stack. Added some Trendy Twine and Stampin Up card stock and candy dots.

Hope you enjoyed my first spotlight! To visit me and see more of my work, visit HawaiiPaperParty.blogspot.com

This is just too cute!  I love the colors all the pinwheels!!  Go visit Cely over at her blog and let her know how cute this is!!

DT Spotlight - Julie

Today's spotlight is brought to us by Julie of I Made A Card!

Woop woop it's nearly Christmas - well it's only 5 months away so I thought I'd break out my Christmas paper box.  And to start off this year's Christmas fun I've used my favourite image from last year.

I love this penguin - it's so useful, and easy to colour.  But I also like that he is a bit cheeky, stood there with his snowball ready to throw it at some unsuspecting person - hence the naughty / nice!

I can't believe you're getting a head start on Christmas already!  Great job getting ahead... This penguin is just adorable!!  Make sure you swing by Julie's blog and say hello!

DT Spotlight - Zella

Today's spotlight post is brought to us by Zella of Joyful Expressions!

Summer is in full swing and when it gets warm I want ice cream.  Oh, well, the truth is that I want ice cream all the time (yes, it is my vice).  But Summer seems to bring that craving out even more.  When I saw this little Ice Cream Bear - I knew he had to be the image I used this month.  I colored him with Spectrum Noir markers and then used some paper, ribbon, and buttons from my stash.  Be sure to check out all the neat images at the Kitty Bee Etsy store!  Enjoy your weekend....and go have an ice cream cone!  I'll be thinking of you when I have mine!!!

I love the bright colors in your card Zella!  This is definitely making me want to get some ice cream!!  Go swing by Zella's blog and share some yummy ice cream goodness!!

DT Spotlight - Mari

Hey everyone!  Today's spotlight is brought to you by one of our new DT members, Mari of Me and My Crazy Family.

For my very first DT Spotlight I chose the Over the Moon Kal Bee. My cousin just had her second baby, an absolutely adorable baby girl, so I made this card for her daughter Ayla who is now a big sister. I wrote a note inside welcoming her to the "Big Sister Club" from my daughter Madison who is also a big sister.

This is such an adorable card... I love the texture on the moon!!!  Congrats to your cousin!!

Make sure you pop on by Mari's blog and give her warm welcomes to the KBD team!

DT Spotlight - Leanne

Today's spotlight post is brought to you by Leanne of Finding my Groove.

Hello Everyone!

Hope you all had a nice 4th of July weekend.  Today being the 1st Monday of July I'm here to share a vintage-like card I made featuring Balloon Flying Panda.  I previously showcased this one a while ago, and am bringing it back because I have quite a few baby cards I need to make.  Thought I'd go a different route with the vintage feel and I used quite a few dies, but the center stage belongs to the adorable Balloon Flying Panda.

There are so many cute stamp images in the Kitty Bee Designs Etsy store to choose from. You can easily get your's today, just pop on over HERE and take a peek, you're bound to find something cute and fun to play with.

Mahalo for stopping by today, have a great week!

I definitely don't do vintage but this is so cute it makes me want to try!!  haha.  Thanks Leanne!  Mak sure you stop by her blog and let her know what a great job she did!

DT Spotlight - Julie

Today's spotlight is brought to us by the lovely Julie of I Made A Card.  I have to confess that there was a scheduling mixup on my part and she was gracious enough to let me post it today!!  Thanks Julie!!

I needed two cards pretty quickly so I used my fail safe - use the same image, but use different colours.  My image of choice for this month was - Happy Birthday Kitty Bee.  It's so cute!

(The light in my house this morning was terrible so the images are not so good - apologies for that!)

I think these are such a cute pair of cards!  And I LOVE the idea of quick cards with different colors!  Great job Julie!  Go visit her blog and tell her you think so too!!
